City Pilot (CP PN 100)

The pilot-controlled gas pressure regulator
CITYPILOT CP is designed to keep the output
pressure at a constant level, regardless of variations
in input pressure and flow.
The CITYPILOT CP is available for:
with actuator G56 input pressures up to 40 bar
with actuator G57 input pressures up to 100 bar

The power of the closing spring affects  through the closing bush onto the disc of the safety shutoff valve in closing direction.

The closing is blocked by the roller until the release device of the safety shut-off valve is latched. If a safety shut-off valve releases, the roller turns and the closing bush and the valve disc move in closing direction.

The closing of the safety shut-off valve happen without any outside effect. The releasing could be taken by pushing of the releasing button manually from outside.

For the repeated opening of the safety shut-off valve there is a lever ,that brings the valve disc through the closing bush into the latched position. Figure demonstrates the safety shut-off valve and the lever in opened position.

The load of closing spring is applied, via sleeve, to valve disk of the safety shut-off valve in the closing direction. A cam lever prevents the valve from closing for as long as the SSV trip is
interlocked.

Once the SSV trips, cam lever rotates and releases the sleeve and valve disk.
The SSV closes without the application of any
external force. It may be tripped manually by an
external pushbutton.

The safety shut-off valve is re-opened by applying
lever to the rectangular tube. Operating the lever
moves the valve disk via sleeve into the
original interlocking position. The start of the
movement initiates the internal pressure compensation.

CITYFLOW CF mainly comprises the functional
units: actuator case, actuator, safety shut off valve.
The actuator can easily be removed from the case.

Mega Flow pilot (CP PN 20)

The pilot-controlled gas pressure regulator
MEGAFLOW MF is designed to keep the output
pressure at a constant level, regardless of variations
in input pressure and flow. The field of application is
at transfer stations in gas supply systems, and for
industry and power plants. Furthermore, it is
possible to carry out an input and output pressure
control and a differential pressure control. The
pneumatic pressure regulator can be upgraded with
an electronic control.

Through the axial connecting passage of a high flow
rate can be achieved. Its rugged and simple design
offers a high level of supply security, essential
components are optionally tested through years of use.
The standard design of control units are equipped
with control units fail to close. Monitor regulators
(working regulators) can both fail to close and fail to
open be executed. With the remote setpoint
adjustment SF01 network arrangements can be
made. To perform maintenance on the control
device easier, we recommend to the input side of an
adapter, which has the overall length of the controller to provide.
Optionally, the controllers can be equipped with exit
silencer to comply with the limits of the noise.
In one unit, the control unit with safety, working
regulator and silencer output can be built.

Silencer (LN 40)

For the operation of natural gas reducing stations and gas
pressure regulators, standards and regulations regarding
noise level have to be observed. To eventually fulfill such
regulations with devices not or not sufficiently suited for
noise reduction, we have included the LN40 type silencer
for pipeline installation in our program. The LN40 silencer
directly influences the noise generation at the expansion
process.
